McDonalds of Central Indiana Signs on as OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon Sponsor

INDIANAPOLIS (March 20, 2014) – The 500 Festival announced today that McDonald’s® of Central Indiana will serve as the title sponsor of the Family Reunion Area within the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon on May 3, 2014.

Participants will have the opportunity to experience a #MomentofWonder post-race by visiting the McDonald's McCafé® vehicle for free McCafé Coffee and McCafé Smoothie samples in the Family Reunion Area. Additionally, McDonald’s will invite visitors to learn “What We’re Made Of” through a 3D interactive exhibit at the 500 Festival Mini-Marathon Expo on May 1 and 2.

Additionally, the McDonald’s of Central Indiana family will have a team participating in the Mini and will be wearing red and yellow McDonald’s branded t-shirts with the words, “balance,” “variety” and “moderation” on the back. McDonald’s encourages employees to live an active, balanced lifestyle while participating in activities within the community such as the Mini-Marathon.
