INDIANAPOLIS (March 4, 2020) – The 500 Festival, a nonprofit organization providing life-enriching events and programs that celebrate the spirit and legacy of the Indianapolis 500®, today announces that Genesys® has signed on as an associate partner of the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon and Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K.

As a part of the 3-year partnership, Genesys will be recognized as the exclusive customer experience technology partner of the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon and Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K. Genesys will also have an extended presence at 500 Festival events throughout the month of May.

He’ll also race in the Genesys 600 at Texas Motor Speedway in June.
Known as the Indy Mini, the One America 500 Festival Mini-Marathon annually attracts a crowd of 30,000+ runners, joggers, walkers and wheelchair racers. Participants from all 50 states and 15+ countries travel to the Racing Capital of the World to cross the finish line. The half marathon was named one of “America’s Most Iconic Races,” by Runners World and has been named Best Half Marathon in America in The BibRave 100 for two consecutive years. This iconic race starts and finishes in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and features a lap around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, home of the Indy 500. Thousands of supportive volunteers, 16 course aid stations and nearly 100 course entertainment acts line the entirety of the course to enhance race experience.

The 500 Festival’s largest fundraiser, the One America 500 Festival Mini-Marathon helps to support the 500 Festival’s free youth programs and events which impact 100,000 kids annually. 2020 will mark the 44th running of the race, which takes place on May 2, 2020.
