500 Festival Seeking Volunteer Course Entertainment Groups for the 2026 IU Health 500 Festival Mini-Marathon

INDIANAPOLIS (Feb 4, 2026) – Registration is now open for Course Entertainment groups to apply to volunteer as performers at the IU Health 500 Festival Mini-Marathon. Selected groups will inspire and energize over 20,000+ participants along the 13.1-mile course. Musicians, dance groups, bands, and family-friendly entertainers of all genres are encouraged to apply by April 1. To apply, click here.

As one of the nation’s most iconic half marathons, the event attracts participants from all 50 states and more than 15 countries each year. This is an exclusive chance for groups to perform in front of a massive audience while contributing to the Month of May excitement. Throughout the course, selected entertainment acts will fuel the participants’ energy and enthusiasm, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for thousands of runners, walkers, and wheelers.

In addition to performing for a dynamic crowd, entertainment groups will enjoy an array of exclusive perks, including tickets to an Indianapolis 500 Practice Day and public recognition.
