Students to Gain Inside Look at Month of May and Exceptional Learning Experience
INDIANAPOLIS (August 29, 2023) – The 500 Festival is now accepting intern applications. College-age students who would like to assist in the planning and execution of 50+ community-based events and programs, which impact over half a million people each year, are encouraged to apply. Such events include the Miler Series, presented by OrthoIndy, the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon & Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K, AES 500 Festival Parade, Breakfast at the Brickyard, presented by Midwestern Engineers, Inc., and more!
A range of paid internships are available from January-May including event operations, marketing, customer service and ticketing, and strategic partnerships.
Interns will gain invaluable experience through hands-on learning, and a behind-the-scenes look at the Month of May in Indianapolis. Interns will also have the opportunity to gain leadership skills and participate in other unique opportunities that will empower them to make a profound impact in their community.

Full-time paid opportunities are available for college credit. Applications are now open, and positions will be filled on a rolling basis.
