500 Festival Announces New Additions & Promotions

 

INDIANAPOLIS (February 7, 2018) – The 500 Festival, a nonprofit organization providing life-enriching events and programs that celebrate the spirit and legacy of the Indianapolis 500®, today announces the addition of Erika Miller as event and program coordinator, and the promotion of Tabitha Bolen to executive assistant.

Erika Miller will be responsible for coordinating the 500 Festival Volunteer Program, presented by Citizens Energy Group. She comes to the 500 Festival following an internship with the Indianapolis Colts in marketing and events. She also served as the customer service intern with the 500 Festival in the spring of 2017. Miller graduated with her bachelor’s degree in sport management from IUPUI in the spring of 2017.

Tabitha Bolen was promoted to executive assistant following two years as administrative assistant. She joined the 500 Festival in January of 2016 and will continue to focus on support for the 500 Festival’s president, vice president of finance and human resources, the 500 Festival Board of Directors, and the 500 Festival Foundation, as well as other assignments within her new administrative responsibilities.
